Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, Juleigh has called the Blue Ridge Mountains home since 2019. She received her Bachelors of Science in Public Administration from Liberty University. Before joining CASA, Juleigh served the Lynchburg community for the past several years in various roles within the City of Lynchburg's Registrar's Office, most recently as Deputy Registrar. She is also an active leader and member of the Junior League of Lynchburg.

Passionate about empowering children to realize they have a bright future, regardless of their circumstances, Juleigh is especially committed to this work as someone who was once in their shoes. She is dedicated to ensuring every child has a voice and the support they need to thrive and become impactful future leaders.

When she is not spending her spare time volunteering, Juleigh enjoys going to concerts, cooking and traveling with her husband.
